Scope of Services

Provision Software provides enterprise web/mobile software development, consulting, maintenance, and support services on a project basis.

Delivery and Fulfillment

Services are delivered digitally; no physical products are shipped. Delivery may include analysis documents, source code, panel access, go-live, and reporting outputs.

Cancellation and Refunds

For written cancellation requests before project start, the paid amount is refunded excluding transaction fees. After project start, earned value for completed work is deducted and the remainder is refunded.

Approved refunds are completed within 7–14 business days depending on payment provider and bank processes.
